What are shower steamers? Showers steamers are similar to a bath bomb, but for the person who prefers to shower. They MUST NOT be used as a bath bomb due to the high concentration of essential oils that would not be suitable or skin safe to soak in a bath tub. How they work: Aromatherapy shower steamers are tablets that you place on the shelf of your shower tray or out of the direct stream of water. As the tablets have an effervescent action, the essential oils peppermint, menthol and ecalyptus are released and attach up into the steam vapours. Giving you an "Decogestant" aromatherapy steam that can help with ailments such as congestion and stuffy nose, hayfever or even headaches. Steamer tablets come in a pack of 4 or why not pick n mix your own aromatherapy steamer and quantities?

Please use as directed only. Do not eat. For external use only. If any irritation occurs stop use immediately and seek medical advice. Not suitable for infants 3 years and under.

Directions for use: Place 1-2 tablets on the shelf of your shower tray out of the stream of water. As it fizzes and has an effervescent action the essential oils on them float up into the steam, giving you an aromatherapeutic steam effect shower. For best results from the steam inhalation, the steamers work best when showering in an inclosed shower cubicle. Use as and when you feel you need to.
